Gets your Guts in Gear, Hudson River Valley, June 11-12, 2010: Get Your Guts in Gear, Inc. creates and produces events that bring together people who are interested in becoming part of a supportive community of people affected by Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis - as patients, caregivers, and friends. This is a national event with bike rides taking place in the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest and the Hudson Valley in New York. The New York ride is from Manhattan to Saratoga Springs, NY-210 miles over the course of three days. In addition to riding 210 miles for Crohn's and Colitis, these riders have worked equally hard to fundraise and raiser awareness long before they get to ride. Each rider has to meet a fundraising minimum of $1900 and many of them well exceed that. For more information please go to their website at: www.ibdride.org Many of our riders and crew return year after year because of the supportive community that each event creates.
